Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and dispatched from Australia within 2–3 business days.

Domestic orders are a standard shipping rate of $10 and receive complimentary standard shipping via Australia Post on orders over $150 AUD.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

If the “authority to leave” or release without signature option is selected, VARLAMO cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage once delivery has occurred.

For international orders, prices do not include taxes or import duties (excluding Australia). These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.

VARLAMO is unable to offer refunds or cancellations where duties and taxes are refused after dispatch. If a parcel is declined, any return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the final amount refunded.

RETURNS POLICY

To request a return, please contact contact@varlamo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Due to the care and artisanal nature of each piece, we can offer returns for store credit only on eligible items.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as VARLAMO is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once assessed, VARLAMO will provide a resolution in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Final Sale

Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
